Edward McGurn
Founder / Producer
Edward McGurn is the founder of Re(Ai)lism™ and is based in New York. His career spans narrative, commercial, and branded production for major studios and global brands.
He previously served as Vice President of Production & Development at Phoenix Pictures, contributing to films including Zodiac, Black Swan, and Shutter Island. His commercial work includes campaigns for L’Oréal Paris, Johnny Walker, Hyundai, LG, and Korean Airlines.
Edward began his career in the French Army Film Division and is a graduate of Yale University, where he studied film.
Douglas McKay
Producer / Partner
Douglas McKay is a producer and partner at Re(Ai)lism™ with a background spanning narrative features, documentaries, and commercial production.
He previously served as Vice President of Development and Production at Phoenix Pictures and has produced work for Universal Pictures, Netflix, Warner Bros., Paramount, and HBO. His commercial credits include national campaigns for clients such as the NFL and Korean Airlines.
